1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoon olive oil
1∕4 cup tangerine juice
Zest of one tangerine
Fresh mozzarella, sliced
Mix first four ingredients together for vinaigrette dressing.
Peel and half the tangerine, drizzle with a little dressing; add a slice of fresh mozzarella and some fresh sliced basil. Stick with a toothpick, drizzle with little more dressing and garnish with fresh basil leaf.
