1 clove garlic

A hand full of dill

Dried chili pepper

1 teaspoon of salt


Wash cucumbers, then soak them overnight in ice-cold water.

Fill jars with cucumbers, putting the biggest cucumbers first and ending with smaller ones on top and in between where they fit.

When all your jars are filled, add a mixture of hot white vinegar/water mixture: 2 cups vinegar/1 cup water heated to just a boil.

Follow standard water bath canning instructions.
