1 1/2 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk

ΒΌ inch Vanilla Bean

2 Cans Coconut Cream (full fat, refrigerated)

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/8 cup raw honey

1/4 cup chopped almonds (optional)


Open cans of coconut, do not shake, separate the heavy cream and pour cream in a bowl. Mix coconut milk, salt, and raw honey until combined. Place in the freezer, stirring every 30 minutes until set. You can also use an ice cream maker.
