Ingredients
1 cup soft butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 cups sifted “cake flour” (sift before measuring)
1 t. vanilla
3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, flour and nuts. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Cool a little, and then roll in powdered sugar. These cookies are similar to Snowballs and Mexican wedding cookies but much lighter.
