Ingredients
2 pounds potatoes
1 tablespoon salt
1 cup white vinegar
5 cups water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Add potatoes to water, vinegar and salt. Boil for 20-30 minutes, or until soft. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, then remove potatoes from water and toss with oil. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes or until crispy. Sprinkle with salt.
