1 cup cold mashed sweet potatoes
1 apple peeled and grated
2 tsp cinnamon
5 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
coconut oil for frying
Combine all ingredients and make 4 cakes. Fry in oil over medium heat until the crust is brown, about 5 minutes. Flip and continue to cook another 3-5 minutes. Enjoy.
