Watermelon Arugula Salad.
2 Tablesppons olive oil
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
3 cups pitted peaches, cubed
3 cups baby arugula
1/2 cup packed basil leaves
1/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, chopped
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese


In a large bowl, whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Add watermelon, peaches, arugula and basil leaves, toss until dressing is evenly dispersed. 
Top with hazelnuts and feta cheese.
